How do you come up with names for characters?

A real mix. Sometimes I use Google to pick up names from the appropriate culture; sometimes I invent them myself; sometimes I take them from people I know; and sometimes I take the from trains

. I was going to say Henrik, but I think Nestor has more depth to him... Henrik is more fun, but he's a bit one-dimensional!
